This page summarizes key membership terms for Serenity Pediatric Wellness (SPW). The signed Membership Agreement and policies completed in Jane are the most current version.
Who membership is for
SPW membership is offered for infants, with the option to enroll siblings in the same household.
Joining before 8 weeks of age
If joining before 8 weeks of age, enrollment requires the Fourth Trimester Package: $2,250.
Third-party financing options may be available.
Monthly membership pricing (infant + siblings)
- First enrolled infant: $275/month (introductory rate)
- Additional infants in the same household (twins/multiples): $150/month each
- Siblings: $150/month each
- Family maximum total/month (infant + siblings): $575/month
- Enrollment fee: none
SPW may increase membership pricing for new enrollments in the future. Your rate remains the same only while your membership remains active and in good standing.
Cancellation and re-enrollment
- 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel (email to info@serenitypediatricwellness.com).
- If you cancel and later rejoin: a $250 per family re-enrollment fee applies and you rejoin at the current published rate (prior rates do not carry over).
Communication
Members use Spruce for communication per SPW’s Communication Policy, including after-hours urgent messaging for newborn/member concerns. Messaging is not for emergencies.
Fit and scope
SPW may decline to start or may end membership if SPW determines the relationship is not a good fit, for safety concerns, repeated boundary issues, non-payment, or if a child’s needs exceed SPW’s scope/capacity. When appropriate, SPW will support a respectful transition of care.
