Each home visit is calm, thorough, and unhurried
Every visit includes:
- Full newborn exam + time for questions
- Feeding support (breast, combo, or formula)
- Weight check + hydration review
- Jaundice assessment + follow-through plan
- Sleep rhythm + soothing basics
- A clear plan and next steps
Between planned visits you also receive:
- Follow up weight checks and jaundice checks included
- unlimited secure messaging for newborn questions (with priority response for enrolled families)
- Telehealth check-ins when appropriate, especially when a quick check-in is needed
Your 12-week visit schedule (6 visits)

- 24–48 hours after arriving home

Important notes
Concierge Newborn supports the newborn transition and does not replace a primary care pediatrician. Families should establish with a pediatrician for routine well visits and immunizations for care after the newborn transition.
If your baby needs labs, emergency care or speicalty care, we coordinate next steps quickly and clearly.

Concierge Newborn (12 weeks/6 home visits): $2350
Includes planned visits, follow up visits + between visit messaging and telehealth support during the concierge window.

Did a Gentle start and want ongoing care with Dr. Rosario?
If you upgrade to Concierge Newborn within 30 days of an Essential, Signature or Premier visit, we will apply a $200 credit toward the Concierge investment.
Concierge Newborn FAQs
Yes, financing is available for qualifying families thorugh a third party provider. We’ll include this otion with you rinvoice after your meet & greet.
If you live within 20 miles of the clinic location, there is no travel fee. If you live outside of the 20 miles, but still in the service area there is a $75 travel fee. Patient living outside of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake or Volusia counties can be seen on a case by case basis. The travel fee is $150.
We do not replace emergency services. If there are urgent symptoms ( breathing difficulty, lethargy, dehydration concerns, fever greater than 100.4 F, poor feeding or worsening jaundice) go to an emergency room at a children’s hospital.
After hours messaging is available for urgent concerns that need immediate intervention.
No, procedures are not included. However, there is a $100 credit towards either a circucmsion or frenotonmy.
