• A clear plan and next steps

Between planned visits you also receive:

• Follow up weight checks and jaundice checks included
• unlimited secure messaging for newborn questions during business hours
• After hours communication for true urgent concerns
• Telehealth check-ins when appropriate – especially when a quick look is all that’s needed

Important notes

Concierge Newborn supports the newborn transition and does not replace a primary care pediatrician. Families should establish with a pediatrician for routine well visits and immunizations for care after the newborn period.

If your baby needs labs, emergency care or specialty care, we coordinate next steps quickly and clearly.

Pricing

Concierge Newborn (5 home visits): $2000

Includes planned visits, follow up visits + between visit messaging and Telehealth support during the concierge window.

After the Fourth Trimester

Newborn Concierge is designed for the first 8 weeks – your protected season. When the concierge window closes, you choose what comes next. There’s no automatic enrollment and no pressure. Many families transition care to their long-term pediatric home.
