Serenity Wellness Membership is a small panel Direct Primary Care membership for established SPW families. It is designed for families who value longer visits, thoughtful follow-up, and guidance that considers the whole child.
We keep expectations clear and care defined, so you always know what’s included, what’s not and what the next step should be.
About insurance and superbills
We are a direct-pay practice. This allows visits to be longer, care to be more personalized, and decisions to stay focused on your child instead of administrative rules.
We do not bill insurance for membership services. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill upon request (coverage varies by plan).

When something feels off, you shouldn’t have to crowdsource your next step. Membership care means you have a physician who knows your child and can help you decide what to watch, what to try, and when to escalate.
Foundations
The newborn season and early years shape so much: sleep, feeding, digestion, skin, immunity, behavior, and development. We focus on foundations because they compound over time, and because many “small” issues become big when families don’t have guidance early. You’ll get expert support for the everyday patterns that drive wellness, with conventional pediatrics as the safety guardrails.
Clarity
Serenity Wellness Membership is designed to feel simple and steady. Expectations are transparent, care is defined, and decisions are guided by both evidence and clinical experience. You’ll always know what’s included what’s not, and what the next step should be, so you can invest in your child’s health with confidence instead of constant second-guessing.

- Age-appropriate well visits and developmental guidance
- Recommended screenings and vaccines, with time for questions and shared decision-making
- A proactive focus on wellness and foundational health (sleep, nutrition, routines, environment, resilience)
- Messaging access within membership guidelines
- Unlimited telehealth visits within membership guidelines
- Care coordination and referrals when specialty care is needed
- Acute care access is included based on age tier
- Home visits from newborn to age 2

Lab and imaging fees (billed separately through third parties)
Specialist care (GI, Allergy, Derm, Pulm, etc.)
Urgent care/ER/hospital services
Complex care outside scope or conditions requiring specialty management

Membership Options
Membership care is designed for preventative care and steady guidance, not just reactive sick visits. Access is intentionally highest in the first two years, when families need the most support.

Concierge Newborn Package
Newborn families begin with Gentle Start Platinum (Fourth Trimester Package)
Membership starts at 12 weeks.
Monthly
Monthly: $275 / month
Small panel, Integrative, holistic pediatric primary care for established newborn families.
Semi-Annual
2 payments of: $1567.50
(5% discount)
Due enrollment and at month 6.
(12 mo commitment)
Single Annual payment
One payment of: $2970
(10% discount)
Due at enrollment
Pay-in-full option: if the full year is paid in advance, a 10% discount is applied.
Semi-annual payment option: 5% discount is applied.
We do not bill insurance for membership services. Superbills are available upon request for families seeking out-of-network reimbursement (coverage varies by plan).
Special Pricing; Foundational Families (limited to 15)
One-time $100 enrollment fee is waived and membership price is reduced by 15%
Newborn-cohorts: Enrolling newborn families so care can start early and stay connected over time.
Sibling Enrollment: Foundational families with newborns may enroll older siblings when space allows. Each additional child is $130/month (family max $545).
Multiples: twin/triplet pricing available
