Gentle Start visits support the newborn transition and do not replace a primary care pediatrician. Families should establish with a pediatrician for routine well visits and immunizations.
If you would like ongoing, concierge-style support beyond the newborn period, ask about Serenity Wellness Membership.
We do not replace emergency care. If your newborn has urgent symptoms such as breathing difficulty, unusual sleepiness, dehydration concerns, fever, or poor feeding with worsening jaundice, please seek urgent evaluation.
Newborn Procedures
Serenity Pediatric Wellness offers circumcision and tongue-tie release with a calm, safety-first approach. We move slowly, explain each step, and keep parents present with clear aftercare and follow-up.
Important: Vitamin K (IM) is required for all procedures.

A calmer circumcision experience with thoughtful comfort planning and unhurried aftercare guidance.
What to expect:
- Comfort-forward plan (topical numbing + nerve block, when appropriate)

Clinic: Circumcision-only visits are performed in the clinic.
Home: Home circumcision is available for families enrolled in a Gentle Start home visit or newborn package.

Feeding and Function + Frenotomy | $500
A feeding-focused assessment plus tongue-tie release when appropriate, with clear aftercare and support.
What to expect:
- Focused history + feeding assessment
- Exam + counseling: when a release helps and when it doesn’t
- Gentle procedure in a calm setting with parents present
- Aftercare guidance + follow-up plan
Location options:
Clinic: Standard option for frenotomy.
Home: In-home frenotomy is available for families enrolled in a Gentle Start home visit or newborn package.
